This is an incredible rooted Tyrannosaurus rex tooth. Teeth with their root intact are rarely found. This one with its 4.33" or 110 mm in length (straight line) is a fine example. The crown is robust with some nice serrations. The tooth has been slightly exposed to weather conditions just prior to its discover. We decided to leave the root part as found while making some minor surface restorations to the crown. An absolute fabulous collection object with a story.
