This pre maxilla of a rare Diplodocid Lapparentosaurus madagascariensis is really spectacular showing the typical tooth battery of sauropod dinosaurs. With 8 teeth showing and all original this is definitely one of the best skull parts of this rare Sauropod we ever had the chance to prepare. We just did a small amount of crackfill while leaving the fossil natural as found. The Lapparentosaurus madagascariensis is the rarer one of the 3 Sauropods that lived in what now is Madagascar during the middle Jurassic. Excellent sauropod collection object.
