Juvenile Tenontosaurus tilletti
Beautiful fully rooted juvenile tooth of a Tenontosaurus with natural wear. The tenontosaurus belonged to the family of the Iguanodonts. It had an unusually long tail which was stiffened with a network of bony tendons. Tenontosaurus is best known for having been discovered alongside remains of the theropod, Deinonychus.
