Hexaprotodon skull section

€ 1.295
Very nice skull section of an extinct hippopotamid that lived during Pliocene-Pleistocene on the island of Java. Hexaprotodon's name is derived from its six incisors instead of four with modern day hippopotamus. The skull part is natural and has a phenomenal tusk.
Hexaprotodon sivajavanicus
Middle Pleistocene (1.2 - 0.8 mil y)
Central Java, Indonesia
Very good
