Archaeodontosaurus tooth

Very nice rooted tooth of a Archaeodontosaurus descouensis. The Archaeodontosaurus descouensis is one of the 3 Sauropods that lived in what now is Madagascar during the middle Jurassic. Rarely such teeth are found with their root intact.
Archaeodontosaurus descouensis
Middle Jurassic (168 -166 mil.-y)
Mahajanga Basin, Madagascar
57 mm - 2.2" (length tooth)
Very good
