Top Quality Miocene-Pliocene Gomphotherium molar from Florida. The Gomphotherium is an extinct elephant ancestor that inhabited North America during the late Miocene to late Pliocene. This molar is very big with 4 cusp rows and has just a very nice natural wear. The exceptionally well fossilized tooth has a beautiful natural shiny patina with rarely seen blue shading. Comes with a custom made stand.
